You confirm that you are legally eligible, provide correct information, and are authorized for the loan account.
You must provide accurate information, genuine documents, and cooperate during the process. Incorrect data may lead to service termination.
We assist in settlement requests, communication, and guidance. We do not guarantee outcomes or act as your lawyer unless agreed separately.
Loan settlement depends on lenders. Any estimate is for guidance only. No fixed outcome is promised.
Settlement may affect your credit score. Lenders may report to CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, and CRIF High Mark. We do not control this process.
All services are paid. Fees are shared before payment. Payments are non-refundable once services start.
No refund for started or completed services. You can stop anytime but past payments won’t be refunded.
We are not responsible for lender decisions, financial loss, delays, or indirect damages.
We may coordinate with lenders or professionals but are not responsible for their actions.
Your data is used only for service purposes and may be shared with lenders. We take reasonable security measures.
Do not use the platform for illegal activities, false data, hacking, or spam.
You are responsible for issues caused by incorrect information or misuse of services.

Unresolved issues will be handled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Location: Delhi.
Services may be stopped if terms are violated, payment is pending, or misuse is detected.
We may update terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
