This Code applies to all Service Providers engaged by the Platform. By accepting work, you agree to follow these rules and applicable laws.
Service providers must maintain professionalism at all times, deliver services with skill and care, arrive on time, and be properly equipped. Respect all customers and avoid any discrimination, harassment, or misuse. Services must match the booking details and any issues must be reported promptly.
All providers must maintain valid licenses, permits, and certifications. They must follow all safety, tax, and legal requirements, including GST. Data confidentiality must be maintained and no information should be misused.
Providers must follow platform rules, pricing, and workflows. No extra charges should be taken outside the platform. Any incidents or disputes must be reported immediately with proper details. Providers must remain sober and fit for duty.
Fraud, fake bookings, misleading information, or harmful activities are strictly prohibited. Providers must not damage platform reputation or engage in unsafe practices. Cleanliness and safety must be ensured at all times.
All issues must be reported within 2 hours. The platform may monitor performance through ratings and tracking tools. Repeated violations may lead to warnings or termination. Severe breaches may result in immediate suspension.
The platform may update this Code with prior notice. Continued use means acceptance. This Code is governed by Indian law and disputes will be resolved via arbitration.
